|Rothman 8K start line.|
So here's the interesting this, I finished the 8K with a pace of 13:59. Two weeks ago when I ran my marathon, my pace was 16:00. That means that if I can build up my stamina to keep that 13:59 pace for the longer distance, I can knock close to an hour off my marathon. I was really proud to just finish and excited that I did it in under 7 hours (6:59:04 to be exact). So let's see if I can do it.
