I'll Know By June When I'm Running the Marathon

Today I got an email from NYRR regarding the process of running 2021, 2022, or 2023. Starting tomorrow, I can login to my NYRR account and order my preference for marathon year (2021 obviously). Depending on how many people, and I expect a lot, prioritize 2021 as their first choice, it may be a random drawing.

The FAQs stated that the results will be announced emailed in June. So that's it for now. By June 2021, I'll know if I'm running my first marathon in November 2021 or waiting until November 2022.
