This week, I had the opportunity to travel to Seattle and Redmond for a work related conference. I didn't bring my running gear, but I did bring good sneakers. Between choosing to walk instead of Ubering a few times and just walking around the city, I averaged over 15000 steps a day. I also got a very exciting award and somehow I was so excited, my heart rate registered as a "dynamic workout" for almost a half hour (yes I was that excited, still am).
So while I didn't run this week, I did have an amazing time. I'm currently sitting in the Seattle airport waiting to take the red-eye home.
